Gentle stretching and breath work, followed by a flow exercise. This is an all levels class, that aims to balance the mind, body and spirit as one. Class is focus on rooting to the present moment by letting go of the past, and not looking forwards the future. Combining the breathing with motion allows for the body to experience more space, movement, and stability. Join us today for a class! This is a DONATION based Yoga class.
