Join us for a cool fall 🍂 morning 🌞 of flow breathing Yoga! 🧘♂️💞🧘♀️ This practice will be focusing on the breath and motion. Combining both will allow oxygen to reach parts of the body that do not usually receive proper amounts of air. Stress relief breathing techniques will be introduced; so you can try them at home or on the go.
