The Power of Mindfulness - 4 week Series Discover how simple and easy Meditation and Mindfulness really is. Done consistently and regularly, for just a few minutes a day, this easy practice will begin to positively affect every area of your life: physical health, spiritual growth, and emotional well-being. Find Focus, Reduce Stress, Feel Calmer, and Be Happier. This series will help you set real expectations for transformation, while gradually incorporating mindfulness practices. Commit to all 4 sessions and you’ll flip on your brain’s “happy” switch forever.

What To Expect:
• Four live 1 hour virtual teaching sessions with live Q/A at the end • A 15 min mindfulness guided meditation during each live session • Practical mini lessons on how and when to practice • Mindful mini Take Away assignments to be completed on your own time • Authentic Connection, Support, and a little fun Virtual Benefits: • Meditate comfortably • Be present - Let go of outcome • Be restful and alert at the same time • Experience who you truly are in your private sacred space What Do I Bring 1.
