The ancient art of Tai chi originally developed for self defense , evolved into a popular graceful form of exercise. It uses gentle flowy movements that promotes serenity by connecting the mind and the body. Tai chi reduces stress of today's busy lifestyle. It is "meditation in motion". .
Please bring a mask/face covering to this event. There will be some safety precaution that we will display to protect those with weaker immunes. Germ x is also provided. THANK YOU much graditude.
