What is a Sound Bath? How does it work? Why is it needed? Sound healing, a technic used for thousands of years that date as far back to as ancient times. Sound Baths provide opportunity for self-healing; to connect  people to the vibrating frequency of the universe. Drawn to a state of resonance, the body, mind and spirit are restored to peaceful balance and harmony.  Everything has a vibrational frequency, including ourselves, it makes sense that sound frequencies impact how we feel. The sound frequencies are then slowed down and the brain waves fall into a deeply restorative state; which activates the body's system of self-healing. A sound bath is a way of managing anxiety, soothing the nervous system, and blocking all the ideas/thoughts out of your consciousness that you connect with your body. We facilitate space occupied by sound for self healing.
