Let Go & Regrow: Harmony Mind Body & Spirit will be hosting a special Full Moon Intention-setting Ceremony on September 14th. This will be a wonderful and unique opportunity to let go of anything in your life that is no longer serving your highest good and to establish a solid foundation to plant the seeds of growth in your life! Join us as we gather on the beach to watch the full moon rise and set positive intentions for the weeks to come. Set intentions to help find and grow your relationship and let go of unhealthy ones. Recommit yourself and find balance and freedom in your emotions. When you are in a group of people, it is easier for you to understand your feelings and free yourself from negative emotions such as fear, anger and jealousy.

The evening will involve a simple fire & water practice to help set your intentions and release negative emotions. We’ll also have a short guided meditation to set the mood and establish clarity. Candles and everything you need for the event will provided. Light snacks and refreshments will also be provided.
