Join us for an easy all-levels Mindfullness🧘♀️💗🧘♂️ Yoga class in the Gardens!💐 Enjoy relaxing stress free morning in nature🌳 quieting the mind, engaging the body and restoring the spirit. Mindful Yoga is great for anxiety, depression, and stress management. If you'd like to learn how to be in the present moment, and find peace in any situation, Mindful Yoga is where to start. Taking the time to bring our minds back to the present moment improves negative responses... No other moments exist so why worry about them? This is a great opportunity to gain control over emotions, thoughts, and other ideas that are holding you back. If it doesn't serve you in a postive way, let it go, and bring your awareness BACK to the breath. Back to the present moment...
👨👩👧👧 This is kid friendly family event. *RSVP NOW to reserve a spot! Keeping numbers within Covid19 guidelines. This event is a great opportunity for creating growth and space in the mind, body & spirit. Please bring your own mat or towel; as we are mitigating the spread of germs due to Covid19.
Thank you and see you all there! *Social distancing will be implemented spacing out all guest. Face masks are required within 6 ft around others. Germx will be provided as well as a mask for those who may need one. Thank again guys!
