You body will enjoy movement and open up your airways to create more space & positive energy!!  Come meet new people, while trying something new! Great for the whole family. Kids love Laughter Yoga! Bring them out for a fun filled morning! 

The mental and physical benefits of laughter brings a sense of joy and relief to the body. Laughter releases chemicals in the brain that will leave you feeling refreshed and pumped!

Host/Instructor: Olivia Vo:  I am a Laughter Yoga enthusiast! In 2019 I completed my 200 hr yoga certification and have been searching for ways to serve the Jacksonville community.  I have partnered with Harmony Mind Body Spirit Wellness Nonprofit organization to bring Laughter Yoga to you in the park!! This is an excellent event for adults and kids!! Bring the entire family! 

Note: The Jacksonville Arboretum and Garden's is now charging an 3$ admission fee.
