Join us for an easy all-levels🧘♀️💗🧘♂️ Laughter Yoga class at Atlantic Beach! Enjoy relaxing stress free morning in nature quieting the mind, engaging the body and restoring the spirit. 👨👩👧👧 This is kid friendly family event. *RSVP NOW to reserve a spot! Limited parking! This event is a great opportunity for creating growth and space in the mind, body & spirit.
