Laugh on Purpose!!  That's right laughing on purpose without comedy, tricks or jokes!! Your mind will look for the punch line and you don't need it!! Your body will know what to do to enjoy movement and open up airways to create more space & positive energy!!  

The mental and physical benefits of laughter brings a sense of joy and relief to the body. Laughter releases chemicals in the brain that will leave you feeling refreshed and pumped!

Host/Instructor: Olivia Vo:  I am a Laughter Yoga enthusiast! In 2019 I completed my 200 hr yoga certification and have been searching for ways to serve the Jacksonville community.  I have partnered with Harmony Mind Body Spirit Wellness Nonprofit organization to bring Laughter Yoga to you in the park!! This is an excellent event for adults and kids!! Bring the entire family! 

👨‍👩‍👧‍👧 This is kid friendly family event.  *RSVP NOW to reserve a spot! Keeping numbers within Covid19 guidelines. This event is a great opportunity for creating growth and space in the mind, body & spirit.    Please bring your own mat or towel; as we are mitigating the spread of germs due to Covid19. Thank you and see you all there!   *Social distancing will be implemented spacing out all guest. Face masks are required within 6 ft around others. Germx will be provided as well as a mask for those who may need one. Thank again guys!
