About the Event

This Meal Prep Workshop is instructed with the support of: BEE GOOD FOODS  

Cost: FREE ( HARMONY ) seeks to remove barriers that may prevent you or your family from learning, exploring or participating in any of our events. We Host Wellness Events and Seminars all over for many different communities. All this being possible purely from supporting donations, and our amazing HARMONY TEAM of volunteers.

Hi I'm Bee, I'll be taking you on this Healthy eating food Journey. 

The food we eat can either be the safest and most powerful form of medicine or the slowest form of poison.

After a thirty-year career as an Executive Chef and Food Expert, my body was sluggish, my mind was foggy and my outlook on life was negative.  I was desperate to change my mental and physical well-being. 

I began a journey into healing in ways I have never explored before. On this journey I found natural remedies that reduced the need for pharmaceutical meds and supports my active lifestyle….this Vegan way of eating and new lifestyle has completely changed my life.  I feel better than I have in years; actually, I have never felt this good.  My mental acuity, positive outlook, and energy level is through the roof. My joints are no longer limited as the inflammation has been removed by just eating right. ​ I believe in the theory that the right foods, proper self care, prayer and meditation will free your mind, body and spirit of toxins and in return change the way you think and feel."

I will take you on a Culinary journey that focuses on whole grains, fruits, vegetables, good fats, and protein.
