YOGA IN GARDENS: This is our WEEKLY Yoga class all levels. This class is broadcasted LIVE in person every Sunday. This class bring you out in nature, into the present moment, and creates opportunity for growth, strength, fitness, balance, stillness, treating stress, mindfulness, awareness, and letting go.
BEACH YOGA: Join us for Beach Yoga! This early morning yoga class is designed to get you in balance and in the present moment. The ocean as our backdrop! RSVP for this event coming each month.
SOUND BATHS:Sound Baths provide opportunity for self-healing; to connect people to the vibrating frequency of the universe. Drawn to a state of resonance, the body, mind and spirit are restored to peaceful balance and harmony. Everything has a vibrational frequency, including ourselves, it makes sense that sound frequencies impact how we feel. The sound frequencies are then slowed down and the brain waves fall into a deeply restorative state; which activates the body's system of self-healing.
SELF DEFENSE: This is an all levels workshop that each those of all age the fundamentals of balance, strength, stability, instinct, and confidence. Knowing how to protect ones selfs helps build awareness, and confidence in ones ability. Join us each month for our 101 class! RSVP for up and coming events.
DIY: Learn how to create you own piece of nature! This event allows for you to take a mediative nature walk while collecting small samples of the earth to take home with you. This program is design to appreciate nature, learn how to care for it, and how to live in a state of Harmony with all that is around you. This class is great for stress relief, awareness. mindfulness, family time, community building, and sparks creativity. RSVP for the next one!
LAUGHTER YOGA: This is a FUN class for all levels! Kids tend to enjoy laughter yoga. It inspires them to let go, have fun, and be active! People leave this workshops feeling happy, upbeat, and balanced! RSVP for our WEEKLY Laughter Yoga Programs.
MANDALA ROCKS: This workshop takes you outdoors into nature. Eliminating distractions, stimulating creativity and treating depression/ anxiety. By creating opportunity for silencing the mind we are giving ourselves the opportunity to be in the present moment. For when we are in the future we are creating anxiety. When we visit the past we are not enjoying the present. So come join us and be in the NOW. Learn a new craft, meet new people, and enjoy nature for a while. RSVP for our next Art event!
SPRING PAINTING: This class is great for all levels. It allows for moments of gratitude, peace, and enjoyment. During this class you will learn some basic art skills as well as spark creativity from nature herself. RSVP for our next art event!
INTENTION SETTING: These events are great for those looking for a FRESH start. Intention setting workshops are design for letting go of what no longer serves you. We use the act of writing down the thought or memory then burning it as a symbol or tangible action to help our minds truly let go of whatever is holding them back. MEDITATION: Spend some time in the here and now… for no other moment exist but the one you are in at this moment. Take some much needed self care, and learn the 101 to mediation. This workshops focuses on: Peace, stress relief, awareness, gratitude, quieting the mind chatter, and becoming one with mind, body and spirit in a state of Harmony/Balance.
